Arts in the Park

This event in the Rob Fleming Park can be enjoyed with friends and family. You can try the delicious cuisine available at the place and purchase the artwork from local artists. The kid’s zone is loved by the children.

Bike The Woodlands Day

This event is hosted in Northshore Park to celebrate Bike Month of May. The event includes an exhibition of bikes by local bike shops, demonstration of repair and maintenance of bikes, bike safety information, and live music.

Labour Day Celebration

Waterway Square in The Woodlands Texas Hosts the event named “Labor Day in The Woodlands” every September which has live music, strolling, fireworks, entertainment for kids, an exciting night for all ages. 

Lighting of Doves

The Lighting of the Doves Festival is hosted at Town Green Park each November to celebrate the start of the holiday season. The event includes snow play, children’s activity, and special appearance of Santa Claus coming by sleigh down The Woodlands Waterway.  

Memorial Day In the Woodlands

Town Green Park holds the event at the memorial day in the honor of fallen heroes. The activities include live music, children’s activities, strolling entertainers, and more. The evening ends with a vivid, patriotic soundtrack fireworks display.

Trick or Treat Trail

Northshore Park holds this annual community event for October Halloween. The event includes great strolling entertainment, inflatables, games, costume contests, and more. The kids can go to the different stalls at the location dressed in costumes for trick or treating. 

Sightseeing in Woodlands

George Mitchell Nature Preserve

Explore the five miles of nature tracks, and bike paths at the George Mitchell Nature Preserve on the south side of the Woodlands. This protected area has a wide range of wildlife, which makes it a great place if you want to watch birds or spot wildlife.

Northshore Park

In addition to a beach, a playground, picnic sites on the waterfront, and sand volleyball courts, North Shore Park is an open public space that allows kayaking and canoeing to access Lake Woodlands.

Riva Row Boat House

Riva Row Boat House hosts kayaking in lake Woodlands. The boathouse provides year-round single and tandem kayaking rentals. 

The Woodlands Children’s Museum

The Woodlands Children’s Museum is open to the public seven days per week through Labor Day and from Tuesday to Sunday.

The Woodlands makes the city one of the best places to walk, cycle, and ride. These connected paths are a safe and continuous path for both runners and bikers on short and long distances, separated from the busy roads in the city.

The Waterway of the Woodlands is a 1.5-mile area. It has many restaurants, hotels, homes, business buildings, and parks.
